Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Striker Mc Steel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Steve Barover!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mc Steel lands a leg kick that knocks Barover off balance momentarily.
Mc Steel pivots, looking for a leg kick but Barover is out of range and Mc Steel settles back down.
Mc Steel misses with a left hand
and Barover counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Barover wants a takedown.
Mc Steel misses with a short punch on the inside.
Barover is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Mc Steel gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Mc Steel misses with the head strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mc Steel swings wildly with an uppercut but Barover uses good head movement to avoid it.
Barover has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mc Steel is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Barover changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mc Steel fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Mc Steel scores with the left hand. Barover knows he should have avoided that one.

That's time! Mc Steel's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Mc Steel lands a leg kick that knocks Barover off balance momentarily.
Mc Steel connects with a leg kick. Barover looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Mc Steel finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Barover shoots in looking for a takedown but Mc Steel manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Barover's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Mc Steel appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Nice uppercut lands for Mc Steel. That snapped Barover's head back.
Barover gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Mc Steel gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Barover is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Striker Mc Steel!
