Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Randle Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raymond Gazelle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Raymond Gazelle enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Randle Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Raymond Gazelle! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.

Gazelle tries to keep at a distance but Jackson has taken the fight into the clinch. Jackson is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Gazelle is defending well.
Gazelle breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Gazelle swats away the attempt to clinch by Jackson. Jackson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gazelle avoids it really well and circles away. Gazelle's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Gazelle duly obliges. Jackson shoots in for a takedown but Gazelle shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Randle Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gazelle clinches with his opponent.
Jackson goes for a takedown attempt but Gazelle pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Jackson misses with a takedown attempt - Gazelle sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Jackson closes the distance and pushes Gazelle back into the cage.

Gazelle pulls guard effortlessly. Gazelle is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Gazelle looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Jackson wants to get back to his feet.

Gazelle looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Jackson wants to control but Gazelle is keeping busy and won't allow it. Jackson is pressing down on Gazelle's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Jackson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gazelle on the ground.
Gazelle stands and steps away. Jackson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Jackson tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. The fight stays on the outside here - Jackson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Gazelle closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jackson's guard. Jackson wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Gazelle manages to pass to side control.

Gazelle decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Jackson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gazelle sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jackson somewhat. Gazelle displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Gazelle shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Gazelle clinches up with Jackson and pushes him back against the cage.

Gazelle is trying to push Jackson away but Jackson has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Jackson keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Gazelle's efforts to push away.
Gazelle successfully pulls guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jackson looking to sit in guard and control but Gazelle gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Gazelle wants to control from the top but Jackson keeps moving. Gazelle stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jackson looking for a guillotine here but Gazelle defends easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raymond Gazelle dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Gazelle throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Jackson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gazelle.
Gazelle moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Gazelle's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Gazelle duly obliges. Gazelle ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jackson moves away. Randle Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gazelle defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jackson. Jackson shoots in and drives through. Gazelle sprawls well. Jackson goes for a double leg but Gazelle avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gazelle continues to drive forward. Jackson throws a right and a left that Gazelle avoids nicely. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Jackson gets caught flat footed, as Gazelle shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Gazelle's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Jackson has his foot on Gazelle's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gazelle works his way back into a safe position though. Gazelle postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gazelle lands a couple of decent looking shots. Gazelle working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Gazelle is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Gazelle gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Randle Jackson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Gazelle pulls guard. Jackson throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Our spies down at at Midnight MMA inform us that Gazelle has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Gazelle has his hands on Jackson's head, controlling the position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gazelle lands a couple of decent looking body shots there.

Gazelle content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Gazelle wants to pass the guard but Jackson is keeping the position. Jackson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gazelle is one step ahead there. Jackson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Gazelle trying to control the position from guard on top but Jackson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gazelle is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Raymond Gazelle showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Jackson instigates a clinch. Jackson goes for a takedown attempt but Gazelle pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Jackson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Randle Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Gazelle - that will leave a mark!

Jackson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Gazelle manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Gazelle has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Jackson is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Gazelle breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Gazelle throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jackson's waist but Jackson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gazelle off to one side. Gazelle circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jackson goes for a double leg but Gazelle avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gazelle continues to drive forward. No luck for Jackson with that takedown attempt. Jackson stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Gazelle.
Gazelle moves into the clinch.

Jackson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Jackson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gazelle as he avoids it easily. Gazelle lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jackson circles away quickly and effectively.
Gazelle shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Jackson is trying to defend but Gazelle finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Jackson wants to stand back up but Gazelle manages to pass into side control.

Jackson tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Gazelle presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Gazelle scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Jackson defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Gazelle.
Gazelle is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Jackson is surviving well by controlling Gazelle's body position as best he can.

Gazelle is working for a kimura but Jackson is defending it quite comfortably.
Raymond Gazelle is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
