Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Liu Bei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthew Murdock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Liu Bei!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Matthew Murdock!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murdock shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bei defends it nicely.
Murdock fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Murdock changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bei tries to avoid it but Murdock manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bei to the ground. Bei escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bei feinted with a counter takedown.
Liu Bei has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matthew Murdock.
No luck for Murdock with that takedown attempt.
Bei feinted with a counter takedown.
Bei pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Murdock moves out of range of the body kick from Bei.
Murdock shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Murdock is defended easily by Bei.
Bei leaves Murdock with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bei closes the distance and pushes Murdock back into the cage.

Bei has Murdock pressed against the cage, preventing Murdock from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Murdock looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Murdock tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bei smiles and moves away.
Bei looks to land a combination. Murdock sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Bei misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Murdock gets tackled into the cage by Bei. Bei maintains the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bei unloads a knee to the mid-section. Murdock lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Bei lands a body punch.
Bei lands with a short shot to the head.
Bei comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Bei lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Bei lands an elbow inside that Murdock shrugs off.
Bei lands with a right to the head.
Murdock is rocked!
Bei lands a good knee to the midsection. Murdock won't want to take too many of those.
Murdock is still on wobbly legs! Can Bei finish him?
Bei jerks Murdock's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Murdock drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Bei goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Bei because Murdock was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Liu Bei!
