Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jim Mc Gregory (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Innocent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mc Gregory comes to the cage accompanied by something just like this. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mc Gregory has closed the distance and engaged Innocent in a clinch.

Innocent works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Mc Gregory has his foot on Innocent's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Innocent works his way back into a safe position though.

Innocent postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Mc Gregory covers up, he's hurt! Innocent keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Innocent and the ref steps in to end the fight! Innocent can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
