PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chase Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Armas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evans comes into the arena with Cannibal Corpse-Hammer Smashed Face blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Armas's choice of entrance music: Enter Sandman. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Evans throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Evans cracks Armas with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

It looks like Igor Armas has been cut.
Evans fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Armas looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Evans throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Good work by Armas as he checks the leg kick.
Evans loads up on a big right hand but Armas slips the punch.
Evans lands with a shot to the body.
Armas looks gassed!
Evans throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Armas tumbling to the canvas!

Armas is rocked!
Evans pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Armas is keeping the position for now.
Evans passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Evans advances to full mount.
Evans fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Evans in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Evans cracks Armas with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Armas is still in real trouble! Can Evans finish him?
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Evans softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Armas is out cold! Evans jumps to his feet and celebrates on the ropes with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
