Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Liam Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio Valeron Huhrera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kennedy walks into a straight right hand from Huhrera .
Decent striking displayed by Huhrera there.
Huhrera 's coach down at Crassus was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Huhrera 's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Huhrera is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kennedy.
Huhrera doesn't succeed with the takedown
letting Kennedy counter with a right hand.
Kennedy has been working on his boxing with his coaches at FIERCE in the buildup to the fight.
Huhrera closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Huhrera is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
The fighters circle momentarily. Huhrera darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

and Kennedy counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Liam Kennedy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Julio Valeron Huhrera .
Kennedy ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Kennedy throws a hook to the side of Huhrera 's head but Huhrera sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Huhrera tries to counter with a clinch but Kennedy shakes him off and moves away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Huhrera .
Huhrera takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Huhrera looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Kennedy uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Huhrera .
A quick step to the side and Kennedy tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kennedy cracks Huhrera with an open hand slap.
Huhrera looks for a takedown but Kennedy sprawls well.
Liam Kennedy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Huhrera fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Oooooh!!! Kennedy has knocked Huhrera down with a huge combo! Kennedy steps away and waves a wobbly Huhrera back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Huhrera is still on wobbly legs! Can Kennedy finish him?

It looks like Julio Valeron Huhrera has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Huhrera drops his hands momentarily. Kennedy doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Huhrera staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Huhrera doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Liam Kennedy!
A less than humble Liam Kennedy misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
