Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Reed Andrews and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeNethial fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Greene avoids it really well and circles away.
Greene was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
DeNethial shoots for a takedown but Greene saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
DeNethial clinches up with Greene and pushes him back against the cage.
DeNethial prevents Greene from breaking the clinch.
DeNethial has Greene pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Greene manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Hubert Greene has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of DeMark DeNethial.

Greene really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
DeNethial closes the distance and pushes Greene back into the cage.
DeNethial changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Greene fights it off and pushes away nicely.
DeNethial tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
DeNethial bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

DeNethial throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Greene works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Greene is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but DeNethial pulls his head out easily.

Greene looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Greene is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
DeNethial is looking to advance position but Greene has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
DeNethial is wriggling around trying to escape.
DeNethial wants to control but Greene is having none of it.
DeNethial really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Greene. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
DeNethial looks winded!

DeNethial is looking to get to half guard.
Greene wants to finish this one by submission but DeNethial is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Greene.
Greene with shots to the head and body - DeNethial looks very uncomfortable down there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Greene lands a big shot there that rocks DeNethial but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Greene has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Greene has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of DeNethial's face.

Greene wants to control the pace but DeNethial is squirming around nicely.
DeNethial is bucking up trying to escape but Greene cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Greene darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
DeNethial is trying to escape back to his feet but Greene uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Greene tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Greene scores with punches from side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Greene wants to control but DeNethial is keeping him busy.
DeNethial misses with a strike from the bottom.

DeNethial takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Greene works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

DeNethial is breathing heavily.
DeNethial tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Greene has an Americana. DeNethial didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Greene is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Greene hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
