Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Sagat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodef Canmelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Canmelianenko has chosen Emperor - The Loss And Curse Of Reverence as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Sergei Sagat has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rodef Canmelianenko!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Illya Tyunina and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canmelianenko tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Sagat had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Canmelianenko is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Sagat Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Canmelianenko's back instead.
