Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Berg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neil Nucombe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Alexander Berg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Neil Nucombe! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Dirk Anderson and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nucombe looks to land a right hand but Berg moved out of range. Berg half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Berg takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Berg tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Nucombe defends well and Berg ends up having to push Nucombe into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Berg. Berg shoots in for a takedown but Nucombe shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alexander Berg. That's going to take a lot out of him. Berg fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nucombe avoids it really well and circles away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nucombe catches Berg with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
That's one minute gone in the round. Nucombe misses with a hook. Good standup being displayed there by Nucombe as he connects with a hook. Nucombe throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Berg changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Berg tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Nucombe defends well and Berg ends up having to push Nucombe into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Nucombe tests Berg's chin there with a solid looking shot. Berg shoots for a takedown but Nucombe saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. A little jabbing left from Nucombe on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Nucombe misses with an uppercut. Nice sprawl there from Nucombe as Berg shoots in. Berg slips a straight right by Nucombe. Berg ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Berg half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Nucombe drops Berg with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Berg looks back up at him and smiles so Nucombe waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Berg is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Berg closes the distance and clinches up with Nucombe, looking for a takedown. Berg pushes Nucombe against the cage but Nucombe circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Berg gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Nucombe gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Berg is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Neil Nucombe! Neil Nucombe really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Quark's logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
