Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lion Gate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryo Watanabe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Watanabe had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Gate is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Watanabe Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Gate's back instead.

Watanabe looking to break Gate's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Gate remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Watanabe will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
