The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garver throws a lazy head kick
and Van Der Sluijs counters with a thumping low kick.
Garver is looking to chop away at Van Der Sluijs's legs.
A quick step to the side and Van Der Sluijs tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Garver looks to land a left hand but Van Der Sluijs moved out of range nicely.
Van Der Sluijs slips under a jab from Garver.
Van Der Sluijs is looking to counter with a body kick.
Van Der Sluijs takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

As Garver looks to move away, Van Der Sluijs throws a big counter combo but Garver just gets out of the way.
