The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matador checks a leg kick.
Matador is looking to slow Von down with leg kicks.
A jab-cross combination lands for Matador and sends Von crashing to the mat! Matador follows him down to the mat - Von regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Von is rocked!
It looks like Erie Von has been cut.
Von has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

El Matador spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
