The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banger takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Roy connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Banger's hands.
Roy clinches up against the cage.
Banger has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Roy is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Roy scores a nice knee to the body.
Roy lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Banger backwards.
Banger has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Roy after a bit of a struggle.
Roy pushes Banger back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Banger's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Oh Banger is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Banger is trying to drag Roy to the mat but Roy just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Banger. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Banger tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Roy's elbow.
Banger seems to have got his legs back now.

Banger tries to circle away but Roy has him pinned against the cage.

Still in the clinch, Roy scores with a nice short uppercut.

Roy unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Banger! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Roy is unloading with more strikes now! Banger drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
