Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Aerts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Iiro Jr Islander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Iiro Jr Islander! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Islander showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Aerts.
Islander is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Aerts takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Aerts displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Islander. Aerts takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Islander connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Aerts fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Aerts takes a shot to the body in his stride.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Aerts catches Islander with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Islander will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
