Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wet Wild!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Matt Racage!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Viktor Lagutenko and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Racage shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Racage was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Wild throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Wild slaps away a takedown attempt from Racage, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Racage looks to throw a body kick
and Wild counters with a nice body shot.
Wild moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Racage takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Wild fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Racage looks winded!
Wild scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Racage doesn't seem bothered though.
Wild lands a big uppercut and Racage crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Racage looks OK. Wild waves Racage back to his feet!
Racage is rocked!
It looks like Matt Racage has been cut.
Wild weaves into range and cracks Racage right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Racage goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Wild is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Wet Wild!
