Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Beau Stewart!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Con Tracode!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tracode will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Tracode gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Tracode lands a takedown into guard.
Tracode gets to his feet - Stewart follows without any prompting.
Stewart fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Tracode clinches up with Stewart and pushes him back against the cage.
Tracode has Stewart pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Tracode pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Stewart tumbling to the mat - Tracode dives into Stewart's guard.

Stewart wants to sweep here but Tracode controlling him for the moment.

Stewart is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Tracode really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stewart. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Tracode works over Stewart with some ground and pound from guard.
Stewart is adopting a defensive guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Tracode throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
No joy there for Tracode, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stewart closes the distance but Tracode moves to the side
and Tracode counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Stewart's guard now.
Stewart keeping moving, preventing Tracode from controlling successfully.
Tracode wants to stand but Stewart has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Tracode decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Stewart, up you get!

Stewart avoids the head kick by Tracode.
Stewart gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Tracode holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Tracode looks gassed!
Tracode gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Stewart lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Tracode!
Stewart goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Tracode is on top in guard.

Tracode wants to stand but Stewart has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Stewart scrambles and gets back to his feet.
A head kick misses from Tracode.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Con Tracode dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Stewart has his takedown stuffed
and Tracode counters with a left and a right that stings Stewart.
Stewart tries to clinch up but Tracode circles away and keeps his distance.
Stewart avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tracode rushes Stewart and presses him up against the cage.
Knees in the clinch landing for Tracode.
Stewart can't break the clinch.
Stewart tries to throw a body punch but Tracode avoids it by throwing Stewart back against the cage.
Tracode lands a takedown into guard.
Stewart wants to sweep here but Tracode controlling him for the moment.
Tracode looking to sit in guard and control but Stewart gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Tracode is breathing heavily.
Stewart sitting in guard here, content to control.

Stewart gets to his feet. Tracode looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Stewart has a takedown stuffed.
Stewart fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Beau Stewart. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tracode bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Tracode circles away from the clinch attempt
and Tracode counters with a shoot takedown. Stewart fights it but they end up in guard.
Tracode wants to get up but he can't break Stewart's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Stewart working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tracode doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Stewart is tightening it up a little... Tracode has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Tracode reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Tracode taps out! nice BJJ there by Stewart!
