Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Mike Megaton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damocles Hume (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Damocles Hume has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mike Megaton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Damocles Hume! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Winston Alpacca and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hume throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Megaton stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. A bone on bone clash there as Hume blocks the leg kick.
A countering left hand to the body from Hume misses. A head kick by Hume misses and Megaton counters with a nice low kick that buckles Hume's knee momentarily. Megaton ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Hume misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Megaton counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Megaton feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Humes jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Hume throws a head kick but Megaton moves out of range.
Megaton definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Hume keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Good leg kick by Megaton there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Hume misses with a jab to the body
and Megaton counters with a nice leg kick. Megaton feints and then cracks Hume's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hume down. Nice shot by Megaton. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Megaton connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hume. Hume circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Hume tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Hume misses with a body punch
and Megaton counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Hume wants to clinch and Megaton counters with a lovely shot to the body. Hume looks winded!
That's one minute gone in the round. Megaton throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hume stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Hume throws a body punch but Megaton moves out of range. Megaton is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Hume gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Megaton. Megaton scores with a punch to the head. Hume should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Hume tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Megaton manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. A little feinted left hand from Megaton on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Nice shot by Megaton. Megaton smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Megaton is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Megaton connects with a beautiful left hand that drops Hume onto his butt! Hume bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action.
Hume is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hume throws a nice looking combination but Megaton bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hume walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Megaton rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but Hume has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action. Hume is still on wobbly legs! Can Megaton finish him?
It looks like Damocles Hume has been cut. A nice inside leg kick there by Megaton. That's going to slow Hume down. Hume seems to have recovered his senses. Megaton fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hume has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Megaton cracks Hume with a left hand that drops him to the canvas, up against the ropes! Can Hume get back up in time? 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... he's on one knee... 8, 9... he's up! 'Walk towards me' says the referee. Hume looks steady enough to continue so we're going to continue! Megaton bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Hume avoids the body shot from Megaton.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Hume misses with the body kick and Megaton makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Megaton changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Megaton weaves into range and cracks Hume right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Hume goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Megaton is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mike Megaton!
