Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sol Kwon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rage Parade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parade is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: I KILL Cause I'm Hungry. Rage Parade is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sol Kwon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rage Parade! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parade misses with a two punch combination.
Kwon throwing a counter right hand but Parade manages to avoid it. We've been told by Kwon's head coaches at Samran Muay Thai that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Kwon misses with a hook
and Parade counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Parade throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Parade moves into the clinch. Kwon wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Parade has him pressed against the cage. Kwon misses with a punch on the inside.
Kwon is trying to break the clinch but Parade has him pressed against the cage. Kwon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Parade scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kwon doesn't seem bothered though. A big left from Parade misses. Kwon misses with a straight left. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Parade tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kwon paws at him with a jab and circles away. Parade looks to land a combination but Kwon avoids it well. Kwon swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Parade fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kwon, pushing him back against the cage. Parade pressing his opponent against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parade pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Parade tries to clinch there but Kwon circles away.
A left and a right from Kwon both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Rage Parade has been cut. Kwon dodges the punch combination from Parade.
A swing and a miss from Kwon. Parade gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Kwon is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Kwon is trying to force a seperation but Parade has the dominant position. Parade breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kwon lands a lovely overhand right. Parade tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kwon paws at him with a jab and circles away. Parade tries to clinch but Kwon is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Parade is looking to clinch but Kwon is avoiding it.
Parade rushes Kwon and presses him up against the cage. Parade is pushing Kwon up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Parade gets through Kwon's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Parade looking to slow down the pace here. Kwon makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Parade lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Kwon backwards. Parade is struggling to control the position. Parade prevents Kwon from breaking the clinch. Kwon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Parade misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
It looked like Kwon was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Parade. Parade fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kwon, pushing him back against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kwon. Parade looking to slow down the pace here. Kwon looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Kwon. Kwon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Parade misses with a combination
and Kwon counters with a crisp right hand that drops Parade! Kwon lets Parade back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Parade is rocked! A lazy left from Parade finds it's target. Parade moves into the clinch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Parade is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Parade is looking to control Kwon's arms but Kwon gets an underhook and turns him. Now Parade has his back to the cage. Kwon wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Kwon wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Kwon wants to break free but Parade has control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kwon blocks a punch to the side of the head.
A frustrated look appears on Kwon's face as he tries to break the clinch. Parade is pushing Kwon up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Parade is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Both fighters working to control the clinch. Kwon breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kwon slips a jab and a cross from Parade.
Parade misses with a hook. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Parade!
It looks like Sol Kwon has been cut. Parade lands with an uppercut that bounces Kwon off the cage and back into range. Kwon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Parade. Kwon lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Parade at a distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Rage Parade will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Parade tries to clinch there but Kwon circles away.
Parade misses with a wild combination.
Parade clinches up with Kwon and pushes him back against the cage. Parade blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Kwon working hard to break the clinch. Parade lands with a short shot to the head. Kwon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kwon misses with the combination.
Parade throws a counter combo. Rage Parade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Parade misses with a double jab
and Kwon counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That has opened up Rage Parade's cut even more. Kwon throws a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parade tries to clinch but Kwon moves out of range. Kwon throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Parade looks to land a combination but Kwon avoids it well. An attempted straight right counter from Kwon misses the target. Parade misses with a two punch combination.
Parade throws a series of punches but Kwon moves out of range. Parade slips a jab and a cross from Kwon.
Kwon misses with a left hand and Parade counters with a straight right hand. Parade wants to clinch but Kwon slips to the side and Kwon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Kwon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Parade jabbing away but nothing is landing. Rage Parade is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kwon throws a shot from downtown. Parade moves away and avoids it. Kwon slips a jab and a cross from Parade.
Parade misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Parade takes a swing at Kwon's ribcage but misses. Sol Kwon is winning the standup battle so far. Kwon lands a big right hand that sends Parade crashing to the mat! Kwon stays standing though and waves Parade back to his feet! Parade is still on wobbly legs! Can Kwon finish him? This has been an exciting period of action! A big right from Kwon misses. Parade throws a body shot but no joy. Kwon lands a nice looking body shot.
Parade is breathing heavily. Kwon slips a straight right by Parade. Nice body punch from Kwon. Nice body punch from Kwon. Kwon digs a good body shot into Parade's ribs. Parade switches off momentarily and Kwon cracks him with a monster right hand! Parade topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Kwon dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Kwon!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sol Kwon!
