Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cortez Wiggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Louis Blackbourn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cortez Wiggins has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Cortez Wiggins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Louis Blackbourn! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Konstantin Menshow and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blackbourn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Blackbourn feints and as Wiggins raises his hands in defense, Blackbourn changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Blackbourn must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Wiggins wants to stand up but Blackbourn is controlling him. Blackbourn is fighting to break Wiggins's control of his arms but Wiggins is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wiggins is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Wiggins seems keen to control Blackbourn's posture. Wiggins continues to stall.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Blackbourn changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Wiggins looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Wiggins throws Blackbourn to one side and escapes! Blackbourn throws a head kick but Wiggins moves out of range.
Wiggins really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Excellent takedown into side control there by Blackbourn.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Wiggins tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Wiggins tries to hold on but Blackbourn pushes him away. Wiggins regains half guard. Wiggins holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Blackbourn wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wiggins keeps working. Blackbourn looks winded! Wiggins keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blackbourn prevents Wiggins from standing back up.
Wiggins kicks off Blackbourn and gets to his feet. Wiggins looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Blackbourn! Blackbourn tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Wiggins presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Wiggins moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Blackbourn has worked his arm free - good work by Blackbourn!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Wiggins wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Blackbourn, who protects the arm well. Blackbourn struggling a bit here. Blackbourn trying his best to control but Wiggins has mounted him. Wiggins will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Wiggins goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Blackbourn is on top in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Cortez Wiggins will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Wiggins gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Blackbourn to score an easy takedown into full guard. Wiggins pulls Blackbourn in close to his closed guard and prevents Blackbourn from doing any damage or advancing position. Wiggins lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Blackbourn has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Wiggins is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Blackbourn. Wiggins scoring with punches from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Blackbourn is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Wiggins is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Blackbourn can't escape the position.
Blackbourn is breathing heavily. Blackbourn taking shots to the head. Blackbourn is working to get back to half guard.
Wiggins wants to finish this one by submission but Blackbourn is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Wiggins.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Blackbourn is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Blackbourn wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Wiggins has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Blackbourn is defending well but eventually Wiggins manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Blackbourn has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
