Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Damien Sandow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arthur Pendragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sandow comes to the cage accompanied by Aint No Grave . I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Arthur Pendragon was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pendragon throws a big shot that misses.
Sandow shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pendragon sprawls well. Pendragon wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sandow gets slowly back to his feet.
We've been hearing reports that Sandow has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Pendragon misses with a few strikes there.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Sandow takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Sandow shoots in but no luck this time.
Pendragon looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Pendragon has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Sandow is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Pendragon scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Sandow slips under a jab from Pendragon.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damien Sandow. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pendragon cracks Sandow with a right hand to the side of the head.

Pendragon lunges at Sandow with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sandow's hand.
Pendragon just misses with a punch to the body.
Pendragon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sandow moves away.
Sandow has a takedown stuffed.
A little jabbing left from Pendragon on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Good standup being displayed there by Pendragon as he connects with a hook.
Sandow uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Pendragon.
Pendragon lands a big uppercut and Sandow crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Sandow looks OK. Pendragon waves Sandow back to his feet!
Sandow is rocked!
Pendragon is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Sandow had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pendragon lands an uppercut, right on the button! Sandow tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Arthur Pendragon!
Damien Sandow spoke after the fight, saying 'One of the best i have ever fought congratualtions to him he is the real deal '.
