Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Felipe Marseglian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vic Lyndon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vic Lyndon will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Felipe Marseglian! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Vic Lyndon! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Bart Greer and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marseglian misses with a series of wild punches.
Lyndon only half commits to the counter leg kick. Lyndon shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Lyndon moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Lyndon throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Lyndon lands a nice shot that snaps Marseglian's head back.
Marseglian throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lyndon's waist but Lyndon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Marseglian off to one side. It seemed like Lyndon was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Lyndon throws a looping overhand right but Marseglian ducks down to avoid it. Marseglian throws a sloppy head kick and Lyndon moves out of range easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Decent striking displayed by Lyndon there. Lyndon throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Lyndon lands a nice shot that snaps Marseglian's head back.
Lyndon has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Marseglian with a lazy takedown attempt and Lyndon counters with a nice uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marseglian misses with a body kick. Lyndon fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Marseglian has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Marseglian closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lyndon circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Felipe Marseglian. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marseglian looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Vic Lyndon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Lyndon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Marseglian. Lyndon cracks Marseglian with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Marseglian looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Lyndon finish him?
Marseglian is rocked! Lyndon dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Oh Marseglian is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Marseglian is breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lyndon plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Marseglian swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Marseglian face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Vic Lyndon! A relieved looking Vic Lyndon thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
