Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Clarence Malone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stone has chosen "School of Hard Knocks" by P.O.D. as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Clarence Malone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Stone! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Malone to the mat! Malone manages to get full guard. Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but Malone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Malone looking to control.
Stone avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Malone looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Malone is trying to keep Stone in close.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stone is stalling in the full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Stone shoots in and bounces Malone off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Stone works a leg free and moves into half guard. Malone tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Stone moves into full mount! Malone won't be happy about that!
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone trying to control but he's not successful this time. Stone controlling from the full mount. Stone is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Malone is surviving well by controlling Stone's body position as best he can. Malone wants to control but Stone is having none of it. Malone flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

Stone landing punches. Stone pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Malone tries to lock up and control but Stone gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Malone bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stone is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Stone keeping moving, preventing Malone from controlling successfully. Malone throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Stone works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Stone looking to hit a scissor sweep but Malone is one step ahead there.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Malone tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Malone tries to keep at a distance but Stone has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stone stalling against the cage.
Malone lands a body punch in the clinch. Stone looks gassed! Stone prevents the takedown attempt.
Malone is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Stone has Malone pushed against the cage. Malone pulls guard successfully.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Stone not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Malone doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Malone controls Stone momentarily but Stone frees himself. Stone preventing the sweep. Malone pushes Stone off and scrambles back to his feet.
Nice sprawl there from Malone as Stone shoots in. Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Malone. No joy for Stone on that attempt. David Stone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Malone fails to land the takedown. Stone avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Malone shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Malone was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Malone has control of Stone's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Stone regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Stone is working to get back to half guard.
Stone is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Malone lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but David Stone will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Stone tries for a takedown but Malone circles away easily and Malone counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Stone! Stone is trying desperately to improve position. Malone is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Stone can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Malone lands a big elbow. Stone really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Malone looking to secure an arm triangle but Stone defends it well. Clarence Malone overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Malone landing shots from mount. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Stone is working to get back to half guard.

Malone wants to control the pace but Stone is squirming around nicely. Stone throwing hammer fists to the chest of Malone. What's that going to do exactly? The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Malone cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Malone landing shots from mount. Malone is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Stone has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Stone is desperately trying to improve his position but Malone has a good base and remains in mount. Stone tries to hold on but Malone postures up. Stone sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Ground and pound from Malone. Malone has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Malone is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Stone sees it coming and defends easily. Stone is pressing down on Malone's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Malone! Malone is squirming around, avoiding Stone's attempts to control the action. Malone is desperately trying to improve his position but Stone has a good base and remains in mount. Malone gets back to half guard. Stone is trying to control. Malone wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Malone is trying to stand back up but Stone is controlling him

That's three minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Stone in particular looking to stall. Stone is thwarting Malone's attempts to control the position. Stone stands up from half guard. Malone shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Malone was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Malone lands a big elbow. Malone connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Stone looking to fight him off but Malone twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
