Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tuan Mcintyre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buntaro Katsumoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tuan Mcintyre has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tuan Mcintyre! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Buntaro Katsumoto! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yuuki Gou and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Katsumoto stuffs the takedown attempt from Mcintyre. Mcintyre gets slowly back to his feet. Mcintyre gets tackled into the cage by Katsumoto. Katsumoto maintains the clinch. A short right from Katsumoto on the inside. Katsumoto lands a body punch. Mcintyre can't break the clinch.
Katsumoto works on Mcintyre's body with a couple of short punches. Mcintyre is trying to break free. Mcintyre throws a punch but it's blocked by Katsumoto. Katsumoto gets a trip takedown into half guard. Mcintyre regains full guard. Nicely done. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mcintyre not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Katsumoto is looking to work some ground and pound but Mcintyre has wrist control. Katsumoto really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mcintyre. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Katsumoto won't allow Mcintyre to sweep him here. Mcintyre really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Katsumoto accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Katsumoto throws a strike but Mcintyre rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
This has been an exciting period of action! Mcintyre working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcintyre wants to stand but Katsumoto is controlling his posture from full guard. Mcintyre chips away with some ground and pound. Mcintyre gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Katsumoto moves into range and clinches up with Mcintyre. Mcintyre tries to break the clinch but Katsumoto is controlling the position. Mcintyre swings wildly with an uppercut but Katsumoto uses good head movement to avoid it. Mcintyre wants to get back to striking at distance but Katsumoto won't allow it.
A frustrated look appears on Mcintyre's face as he tries to break the clinch. Katsumoto lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Mcintyre misses with a punch on the inside.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Katsumoto lands with a left to the head. Mcintyre taking a breather. Katsumoto lands a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Katsumoto with a flurry of punches that miss. Mcintyre will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Katsumoto trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Mcintyre avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Mcintyre thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Katsumoto must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Mcintyre has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Katsumoto should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Mcintyre has tightened it up now! Katsumoto should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
