Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Santiago Harrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Radulov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Santiago Harrell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ivan Radulov! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Roger Salmon and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Radulov shoots in looking for a takedown but Harrell manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Radulov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Harrell drops down looking for a counter takedown but Radulov sprawls and moves away. Radulov tries for a takedown but Harrell sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Harrell was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Radulov has taken the fight to the clinch.
Harrell is looking for a takedown. Harrell gets control of Radulov's arms and successfully pulls guard. Harrell will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Harrell preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Harrell wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Harrell looking to control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Harrell pulls Radulov in close to his closed guard and prevents Radulov from doing any damage or advancing position.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Radulov gets in close and instigates a clinch. Radulov tries to break free but Harrell pushes him back against the cage. Radulov wants to get back to striking at distance but Harrell won't allow it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Radulov keeping moving, preventing Harrell from controlling successfully. Harrell could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Harrell gets to his feet - Radulov follows without any prompting. Harrell throws a head kick but Radulov moves out of range.
Harrell takes the fight into the clinch. Radulov is trying to break the clinch but Harrell has him pressed against the cage. Harrell is defending well against a takedown attempt. Santiago Harrell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ivan Radulov. Radulov looks winded! Radulov blocks an uppercut.
Radulov has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Radulov stops a takedown attempt from Harrell.
Radulov manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Harrell controls from within his opponent's guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Harrell avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Radulov closes the distance and clinches. Harrell jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Radulov walks away with a smile on his face. Harrell gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Radulov slips a jab from Harrell. Radulov clinches with his opponent.
Harrell ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Harrell no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Harrell manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Radulov manages to get himself to full guard.

Radulov is thwarting Harrell's attempts to control the position.

Harrell bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Radulov's guard. Harrell controls from within his opponent's guard. Harrell gets to his feet - Radulov follows without any prompting. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Harrell instigates a clinch. Harrell pulls guard effortlessly. Radulov is looking to improve his position.
