Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hanger Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Merk Wipper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Merk Wipper will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Merk Wipper!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, David Hoff and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wipper waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Long.
Long was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Long forces Wipper back against the cage and clinches.
Wipper doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Long tries for a takedown. No joy.
Wipper misses with a short punch on the inside.
Wipper swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Long drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Wipper gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Long pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Long misses with a wild combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Long missing with a left hand there. Wipper was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Long misses with a takedown attempt
and Wipper counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hanger Long. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Long fails to land the takedown.
Wipper's jab looks to have found its range, popping Long under the eye.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wipper misses with a looping left.
Wipper throws an overhand right that drops Long like a sack of potatoes! Wipper dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
