The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, David Hoff and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sells avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Sells throws out a loose jab but Nucombe uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sells swings for the body but Nucombe moves out of range.
Nucombe tries to counter by closing the distance.
Nucombe cracks Sells with an open hand slap.
Sells connects with a crisp jab.
Nucombe scores with a decent looking hook.
Sells loads up on a big right hand but Nucombe slips the punch.
Nucombe uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sells.
Sells throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Nucombe counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Nucombe gets through Sells's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Sells tries to break free but Nucombe pushes him back against the cage.
Sells is looking to break free of the clinch but Nucombe has double underhooks.
Nucombe blocks a body shot from Sells.
Sells's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Sells definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Nucombe lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nucombe lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Sells lands with a short punch from the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sells is looking to break free of the clinch but Nucombe has double underhooks.
Sells doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Nucombe lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Sells backwards.
Sells tries to break free but Nucombe pushes him back against the cage.
Nucombe digs a right hand into Sells's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Sells's gas tank.
Nucombe landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Sells tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Nucombe's elbow.
Nucombe lands an uppercut.
A knee to the head by Nucombe.
Nucombe dips a shoulder and cracks Sells with a mighty uppercut! Sells falls back against the cage and Nucombe unloads with a barrage of strikes! Sells is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Nucombe screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
