Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between John Fury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cole Mitchell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cole Mitchell will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, John Fury! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Cole Mitchell! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Sandra Marshall and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mitchell misses with a straight left. Fury misses with an uppercut. Fury definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Mitchell is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Mitchell throws a body shot but no joy. Mitchell misses with a looping right. Fury moves into range and connects with a jab. Mitchell's coach down at Gizmo's Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Mitchell's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Mitchell throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Mitchell connects with a right hand. Fury shakes it off. Fury avoids the body shot from Mitchell.
Fury forces Mitchell back against the ropes and clinches. A short body shot lands from Fury as the two fighters clinch.
Come on Mitchell - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Mitchell is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A short left from Fury. Mitchell breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mitchell ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fury moves away. Fury missing with a left hand there. Mitchell was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fury looks to land a right hand but Mitchell moved out of range. Fury moves in looking to clinch but Mitchell pushes him off. Mitchell throws a body punch but Fury moves out of range. Good shot there by Fury. Fury swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Fury takes the fight into the clinch. Mitchell prevents a body shot from Fury. Mitchell manages to break the clinch.
No joy there for Mitchell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mitchell throws a body punch but Fury moves out of range. Mitchell throws a body punch but Fury moves out of range. An attempted straight right counter from Fury misses the target. Mitchell motions for Fury to come forward. Mitchell throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Fury closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes. Fury lands a nice uppercut. Fury misses with a punch on the inside.
Mitchell misses with some punches.
Mitchell blocks a punch to the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mitchell lands a body shot. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mitchell lands a hook to the side of the head. Mitchell breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mitchell turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Fury tries to clinch but Mitchell moves out of range. Mitchell is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Fury rather than just go for the knockout. Fury tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Mitchell paws at him with a jab and circles away. Fury scores with a nice right hand.
Mitchell throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fury closes the distance but Mitchell moves to the side and Mitchell counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Fury wants to clinch. Mitchell goes for a high kick. It partially lands. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Cole Mitchell will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Mitchell has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Mitchell there as he acknowledges the shot. Fury lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mitchell circles away quickly and effectively. Mitchell throws a nice outside leg kick. Mitchell throws a combination that misses and Mitchell takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Fury throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mitchell dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Fury fails in his attempt to clinch. Mitchell loads up on a big right hand but Fury slips the punch. Fury avoids a punch combination nicely.
A big left from Fury misses. Mitchell swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fury stuns Mitchell with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Fury chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Mitchell can pounce on him.
Fury misses with a straight right. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Fury throws an overhand right that lands on Mitchell's shoulder, as Mitchell tries to avoid the shot. Mitchell fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fury manages to avoid it. Fury appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mitchell has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Fury finds it's way round the side to connect with Mitchell's head. Mitchell throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Fury uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Mitchell has time to react. Fury defending well as Mitchell loads up on a big left hand. Cole Mitchell seems to be getting the better of the standup. Fury throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Fury fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mitchell is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Fury with a body shot. Mitchell misses the shot to the body. Mitchell chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Mitchell pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fury cracks Mitchell with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes. Mitchell throws a hook but Fury avoids it easily. Fury misses with a hook. Mitchell ducked under it nicely. Mitchell walks into a stiff left hand from Fury.
Mitchell is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Mitchell throws a low kick but Fury avoids it. Mitchell is still on wobbly legs! Can Fury finish him? Fury scores with a body shot.
A left lands for Mitchell.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fury misses with a left hand and Mitchell counters with an inside leg kick. Mitchell seems to have recovered his senses. Fury fails in his attempt to clinch. Fury thuds his right hand into Mitchell's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Fury connects with a quick right hand that sends Mitchell tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). John Fury! John Fury is the new middleweight champion! John Fury tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
