Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Daniel Gadar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mark Simmons! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Santiago Holmes and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Simmons throws a poor cross that misses
and Gadar counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Simmons displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gadar throws out the jab. Simmons throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Gadar to counter with a crisp jab. Simmons throws a lazy uppercut
and Gadar counters with a right hand to the body. A telegraphed right hand from Simmons misses the target. Gadar ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Simmons on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Simmons misses with a shot to the body and Gadar counters with a right hand to the body. Gadar swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Simmons. Gadar scores with a nice head shot. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Simmons swings and misses with a shot to the body and Gadar counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Gadar connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Simmons's hands. Gadar lands with a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Simmons walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Gadar scores with a jab to the head.

Simmons wants to clinch up but Gadar keeps it at a distance. Simmons throws a right hand that misses
and Gadar counters with a stiff right hand. Gadar lands a head shot. Simmons throws a right hand that misses
letting Gadar counter with a right hand. Gadar throws a lazy right hand but Simmons sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Simmons misses with an uppercut
and Gadar connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Simmons is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. The crowd cheers as Gadar lands an impressive looking overhand right. Simmons doesn't seem phased though. Gadar looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Simmons throws a body punch but Gadar moves out of range. Simmons throws a big shot that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Simmons uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gadar. Gadar thuds his right hand into Simmons's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Gadar is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Gadar digs a good hook to Simmons's body.
Gadar uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Simmons. Simmons throws a poor cross that misses

and Gadar counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Gadar lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Gadar throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Simmons now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Gadar digs a good hook to Simmons's body.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Gadar blocks a jab. Gadar connects with a good right hand that stumbles Simmons. Simmons circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Simmons takes a jab right on the kisser.

Daniel Gadar dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Gadar slips under a jab. Gadar was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Simmons keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Gadar. Simmons misses the body punch and Gadar counters with a nice uppercut. Simmons misses with a lunging right hand

and Gadar counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Gadar works the jab nicely. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Simmons, as that shot connected.

Gadar avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Simmons loads up on a big right hand but Gadar slips the punch. Gadar is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Gadar scores with a hook to the body. Simmons takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Gadar scores with a nice right hand.
Simmons has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Gadar is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Simmons can do to turn this around? Simmons tries to clinch but Gadar moves away and Gadar counters with a straight right hand. Simmons doesn't manage to clinch there - Gadar circles away.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Simmons misses with a shot to the body and Gadar counters with a stiff right hand.

Gadar cracks Simmons with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gadar lands with an uppercut that bounces Simmons off the ropes and back into range. Gadar fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Simmons swings for the body but Gadar moves out of range.
It looked like Gadar was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Gadar lands a nice looking body shot.

Simmons tries to move into range but Gadar moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Daniel Gadar is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Simmons throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Gadar counters with a left to the body. Simmons takes one to the chin there. Gadar bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Simmons's head backwards. Gadar stuns Simmons with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Gadar lands with a cross.

And that's the end of the fight! Daniel Gadar showed his dominance in that final round. Well Gadar has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
