The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woodly tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Smith manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Woodly lands with a straight right. Smith didn't see that one coming.
Smith fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Woodly manages to avoid it.
Woodly keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Woodly misses with a hook.
As Woodly tries to get set, Smith tries to push him back and clinch up but Woodly manages to avoid the attempt.
Woodly wants to clinch up but Smith keeps it at a distance.
Smith takes a swing at Woodly's ribcage but misses.
Smith lands a nice looking body shot.
Smith throws out a powerful jab.
The fight stays on the outside here - Woodly looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smith just misses with a punch to the body.
Woodly throws out a counter right but Smith avoids it with no problem.
Smith fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Woodly manages to avoid it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Woodly! But no joy.
Smith throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Woodly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Smith paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Smith definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Woodly is looking to clinch but Smith is avoiding it.

Woodly tries to clinch up but Smith circles away and keeps his distance.
Will Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith lands a head shot.
Woodly is rocked!
Smith connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Woodly out cold! This one is over in a flash!
