Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cam Newton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soul Jah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Newton comes to the cage accompanied by Superman. Jah has chosen Bob Marley - Buffalo Soldier as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
22 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Cam Newton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
21 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Soul Jah!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Newton swings and misses with a hook to the body.
The fighters circling - Newton throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Jah takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Jah lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A head kick misses from Jah.
Newton definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Jah goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Newton works over Jah's head and body with a nice combination.
Newton misses with a combination
letting Jah counter with a right hand.
Jah moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Newton slips under a jab from Jah.
Crunch! Jah slams his shin into Newton's torso.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A solid body kick from Jah.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Newton misses with a combination
and Jah counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Newton is breathing heavily.
Newton throws a looping overhand right but Jah ducks down to avoid it.
A solid leg kick lands there for Jah.
Some bone on bone action there as Newton checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Jah cracks Newton with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Jah throws a head kick that Newton semi-blocks.
It looks like Cam Newton has been cut.
Newton has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Jah.
Jah lands a two punch combo.
Newton is rocked!
Jah has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Jah throws a pinpoint strike between Newton's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Newton crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Jah scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Soul Jah!
