Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Cobb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teddy Tonin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chuck Cobb looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Teddy Tonin!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tonin feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Tonin prevents Cobb from getting back to his feet.
Cobb knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tonin on the ground.
Tonin slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Tonin works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Tonin is looking to advance position but Cobb won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tonin moves into full mount! Cobb won't be happy about that!

It looks like Tonin might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Tonin with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Tonin wants to finish this one by submission but Cobb is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Tonin.
Tonin punching from mount but Cobb doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Tonin fails to move to back control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tonin throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Cobb has his hands clasped together but Tonin breaks the hold and Cobb is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Tonin!
