The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler misses with a two punch combination.
Manheim shoots in looking for a takedown but Tyler manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Manheim's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A little feinted left hand from Tyler on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Manheim fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tyler avoids it really well and circles away.
Tyler throws a big counter combination but Manheim scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Tyler tries to bum rush Manheim with a series of wild strikes but Manheim uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Tyler is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Manheim goes for a takedown attempt but Tyler pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Tyler is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

That was a close round but I would say that Augustus Tyler will probably get the nod.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
