Coming up we have a bantamweight kickboxing rules bout between Short Stack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Corn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Short Stack!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jimmy Corn!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stack lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Corn was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Corn looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
A big left from Corn misses.
It looked like Stack was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Corn.
Corn looks to land a left hand but Stack moved out of range nicely.

It looks like Short Stack has been cut.
Stack moves into range and clinches up with Corn.
Corn gets through Stack's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

I was talking to Stack's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Stack misses with a short punch on the inside.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Corn.
Corn tries to throw a body punch but Stack avoids it by throwing Corn back against the ropes.
Stack tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Corn will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Stack up against the ropes.

The fight stays on the outside here - Stack looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Jimmy Corn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Nice uppercut lands for Corn. That snapped Stack's head back.

Stack scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Corn to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Corn walks straight into a perfectly timed right hook, crumpling him to the floor! Corn is in all kinds of trouble here - can he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10 - he's out and it's by a long way too - he didn't ever look like beating that count!

A relieved looking Short Stack thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
