Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sara McSlamm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Snake Charmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Charmer has chosen Ameno - Era as his entrance music. Sara McSlamm had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 267.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
46 - 23 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sara McSlamm! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Snake Charmer! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McSlamm bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Charmer's head. Charmer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McSlamm moves away. McSlamm takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Charmer swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and McSlamm counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Charmer wants to get back to full guard. McSlamm lands strikes from half guard. McSlamm throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with McSlamm in particular looking to stall. Charmer is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Charmer is looking to control McSlamm's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Charmer avoid being mounted? McSlamm could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Charmer wants to improve his position but McSlamm is controlling well.
Well, if McSlamm is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Charmer with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Let's see if Charmer can do anything to dispel that myth. McSlamm is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Charmer is refusing to be controlled, as McSlamm sits in half guard. McSlamm throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with McSlamm in particular looking to stall. Charmer keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McSlamm not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. McSlamm takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. McSlamm thows a huge punch but Charmer dodges it nicely.
Charmer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McSlamm. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. McSlamm thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Nice strikes from McSlamm there. McSlamm scoring with strikes to the body and head. McSlamm takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. McSlamm is nestled in close to Charmer, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. McSlamm is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Charmer! McSlamm landing strikes from the mount and Charmer is in trouble! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! McSlamm controlling his opponent. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. McSlamm throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. McSlamm is in the full mount, landing strikes. McSlamm dominating with strikes here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Charmer misses with a hook
and McSlamm counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Charmer is looking to sweep but instead, McSlamm has passed into half guard.
McSlamm landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. McSlamm passes to side control. McSlamm working the ground and pound. Charmer takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McSlamm misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
McSlamm is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Charmer will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Charmer defending against the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Charmer seems a little lost for a moment, as McSlamm dominates the positioning. Sara McSlamm overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. McSlamm misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Charmer is looking to regain half guard here but McSlamm keeps moving and retains side control. Charmer is trying to escape the position but McSlamm is controlling the position. McSlamm has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. McSlamm works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. McSlamm is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Charmer can do to turn this around?
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Charmer managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by McSlamm.

McSlamm creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. McSlamm controls the position. Charmer is working to avoid the ground and pound but McSlamm connects with a decent elbow. McSlamm wants to control but Charmer is keeping him busy. McSlamm postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

McSlamm is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Charmer to escape.

McSlamm shoots in for a takedown but Charmer shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Charmer keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. McSlamm dives in for a single leg takedown but Charmer sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sara McSlamm. That's going to take a lot out of him. McSlamm changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Charmer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Charmer wants to get back to his feet but McSlamm is dominant here and he's now got Charmer's back! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Good control from McSlamm. Charmer is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Charmer has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from McSlamm. McSlamm looking to break Charmer's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Charmer remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise McSlamm will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Charmer is trapped and McSlamm is scoring with shots to the head and body. McSlamm missing with punches from the back. Charmer rolls, trying to escape but McSlamm keeps control of the position.

McSlamm misses with a punch to the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The referee is taking a good look at Charmer as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from McSlamm!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Sara McSlamm! In his post fight interview, Sara McSlamm started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception. Snake Charmer was interviewed post fight and said 'No. You're not a bad person. You're a terrific person. You're my favorite person. But every once in a while, you can be a real cunt.'.
