12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Scott Blaker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bradley Paul! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Paul looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Blaker has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Paul is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Blaker. Blaker is looking for a sweep. Paul advances to full mount. Paul landing shots from mount. Blaker can't escape the position.
Paul is in the full mount, landing strikes. Paul controlling his opponent. Paul working the ground and pound effectively.
Paul working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Blaker turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Paul off and cradles Blaker's limp body as Paul celebrates with his corner.
