Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Clawnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Madhaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clawnes comes to the cage accompanied by My name is MUD. Madhaki has chosen A Tribe Called Quest - Electric Relaxation as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Madhaki lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Madhaki tries to move into range but Clawnes moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Madhaki lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Madhaki lands a head kick. Clawnes smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

and Madhaki counters with a nice low kick that buckles Clawnes's knee momentarily.

Clawnes can't find room to land a body shot as Madhaki controls the action.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Clawnes dives in and grabs Madhaki's left leg, looking for a takedown. Madhaki pushes down on Clawnes's head and hops out.
Madhaki throws out a counter right but Clawnes avoids it with no problem.
Clawnes just misses with a punch to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Clawnes lands a left and a right that send Madhaki crashing to the mat, dazed. Clawnes thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Clawnes throws an overhand right that drops Madhaki like a sack of potatoes! Clawnes dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
