Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Azrael Marquardt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ee Ii Gonza Shawnza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ee Ii Gonza Shawnza is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ee Ii Gonza Shawnza!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, David Hoff and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Marquardt misses.
Gonza Shawnza avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Marquardt throws a poor cross that misses
and Gonza Shawnza counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Marquardt gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Marquardt can't find room to land a body shot as Gonza Shawnza controls the action.
Gonza Shawnza blocks an uppercut.
Marquardt jumps guard but Gonza Shawnza stands there with Marquardt around his waist. Marquardt gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Gonza Shawnza tries to break free but Marquardt pushes him back against the cage.
Marquardt misses with a punch on the inside.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Marquardt pulls guard successfully.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Gonza Shawnza tries to free his leg and advance position but Marquardt is retaining full guard.
Gonza Shawnza keeps trying to improve his position.
Marquardt is pulling down on Gonza Shawnza's head to control his posture.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Marquardt has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Gonza Shawnza should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Marquardt has tightened it up now! Gonza Shawnza should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
