Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kage gets tackled into the cage by Heath. Heath maintains the clinch. Kage has had enough of the clinch but Heath keeps him there for the moment. Heath jumps guard but Kage stands there with Heath around his waist. Heath gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Heath has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Kage uses from the top position. Kage would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Heath wants to sweep here but Kage controlling him for the moment. Kage sitting in guard here, content to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Heath trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Kage is looking to pass into half guard but Heath pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Heath is in guard.
Kage has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Heath is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Kage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kage is holding Heath down, trying to stall. Heath is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kage has escaped the position, nice work there. Heath working the body and head with strikes. Kage wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Heath has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Kage's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Kage is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Heath!
