Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miro Bang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pugilistic Dementia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dementia is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hit Me With Your Best Shot - Pat Benatar. Miro Bang could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Pugilistic Dementia's chin.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Eddie Farnsworth and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bang shoots for a double leg takedown but Dementia sprawls well. He's pushed Bang's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bang moves out of range as Dementia strikes.
Dementia misses with a hook. Bang ducked under it nicely.
Dementia fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Bang checks it well.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bang looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bang takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Dementia missing with a left hand there. Bang was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Bang uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dementia.
Dementia looks to score with a jab to the body but Bang is just out of range.
Bang moves into the clinch.
Bang is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Dementia tries to work over Bang's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Dementia throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Bang drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bang jumps into guard, dragging Dementia to the mat.

Bang is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Midnight MMA that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Bang is refusing to be controlled, as Dementia sits in half guard.

Dementia thows a huge punch but Bang dodges it nicely.
Bang is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dementia pulls his head out easily.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Dementia takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Bang looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Bang tries to get to full guard but Dementia has control of the leg.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bang is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dementia pulls his head out easily.
Bang looking for submissions off his back.

Pugilistic Dementia dominated that round.

Bang changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dementia tries to avoid it but Bang manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dementia to the ground. Dementia escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Dementia bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bang's head.
Dementia uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bang has time to react.
Dementia throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Bang appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Bang takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Dementia has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.
Dementia looks for the body kick but Bang saw that one coming.

Dementia sizes up Bang with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
