Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Blue Kandle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominic Trujillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Blue Kandle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dominic Trujillo!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trujillo bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Trujillo lands a front kick.
Trujillo sizes up Kandle with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Kandle misses with a left hand
and Trujillo counters with an outside leg kick.

Trujillo gets a double leg takedown into Kandle's guard.
Kandle controls Trujillo momentarily but Trujillo frees himself.
Trujillo advances position into side control!
Kandle taking punishment in the form of punches.
Trujillo works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Trujillo cracks Kandle with a big right hand but Kandle just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Kandle is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Trujillo looks up at the clock and then as Kandle takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Trujillo smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Trujillo connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Kandle some visible discomfort.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Trujillo working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Kandle is trying to buck Trujillo off.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kandle tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Trujillo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Kandle tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

What can Kandle do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Trujillo is landing with strikes. Kandle can't take much more of this.
Trujillo lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Trujillo.
Well, with Trujillo on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Kandle is tapping out... Can he escape the position?
Trujillo lands with a hammerfist to the side of Kandle's head.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Trujillo controlling the positon.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Trujillo lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

Trujillo is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

The referee is taking a good look at Kandle as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Trujillo!
Kandle is trapped and Trujillo is scoring with shots to the head and body.

That's time! Kandle's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Kandle tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Trujillo fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kandle to the ground. Trujillo is now in Kandle's guard.

Kandle is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Kandle tries to break free but Trujillo pushes him back against the cage.
Trujillo lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Kandle's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Trujillo lands a nice uppercut.
Kandle is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Trujillo is keeping busy.

Trujillo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Trujillo has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Kandle fails in his attempt to clinch.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Trujillo scores with a shot to the side of Kandle's head.
Kandle wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Trujillo has him pressed against the cage.
Trujillo lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Trujillo lands a hook that snaps the head of Kandle backwards.

Trujillo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Trujillo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kandle swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A jab from Trujillo finds it's way through Kandle's defenses.
Trujillo connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Trujillo thuds a left hand into Kandle's body.
Trujillo lands with a kick to the ribs.
Kandle takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Trujillo darts in and clinches Kandle up against the cage.
Trujillo cracks Kandle with a nice body shot.

Trujillo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Trujillo jabs Kandle to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Kandle on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Trujillo lands with a short shot to the head.
Kandle wants to break free but Trujillo has control.
Trujillo is leaning against Kandle and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Dominic Trujillo seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Kandle tries to circle away but Trujillo has him pinned against the cage.

Trujillo digs a right hand underneath Kandle's ribcage. Kandle let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Kandle is pressed up against the cage. Trujillo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Kandle down to the mat. Kandle avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Kandle takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Trujillo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kandle's guard.
Kandle definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Trujillo cracks Kandle with a solid left hand.

Kandle knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Trujillo on the ground.

Trujillo keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Kandle's head.

Kandle seems to have got his legs back now.
Trujillo is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Dominic Trujillo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Trujillo shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Trujillo showed some decent athleticism there.
Trujillo seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Trujillo is controlling the pace.
Kandle is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Trujillo scores with a couple of nice shots.

Trujillo creates some space for himself and unloads with a monster right hand! That one landed with a sickening thud - Kandle is out cold and this one is all over! Trujillo climbs onto the cage to celebrate with his corner!! He's shouting something into the camera but he's still got his mouthpiece in so God knows what he's actually saying.
