Coming up we have a bantamweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Wally Backman and Nick Gonzalez. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the bantamweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Wally Backman! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Nick Gonzalez! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Gonzalez gets a clinch. Gonzalez decides to pull guard. Gonzalez is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gonzalez controlling Backman's posture.
