Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Angle feints and as Carneiro raises his hands in defense, Angle changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Angle (2) vs (0) Carneiro Angle trying to control the position from guard on top but Carneiro is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Angle wants to pass the guard but Carneiro is keeping the position. Angle trying to control but Carneiro is working from the bottom. Angle definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Angle is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Carneiro is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. That's one minute gone in the round. Carneiro working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Angle turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Carneiro off and cradles Angle's limp body as Carneiro celebrates with his corner.
