Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eugene Parsons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe McMac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe McMac is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Eugene Parsons! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Joe McMac! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McMac misses with a looping left. Parsons blocks a jab. Joe McMac seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McMac swings widly with a right hand
and Parsons counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for McMac! McMac tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Parsons is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But McMac has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from McMac! McMac got a little sloppy there for a moment and Parsons has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, McMac has managed to get both his arms back between Parsons's legs - danger averted. Parsons seems keen to control McMac's posture. Parsons working for a triangle but McMac defends it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parsons is wriggling around but McMac manages to pass to half guard.
Parsons is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute McMac jumps into side control! Parsons really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. McMac decides to take the fight back to the feet. McMac throws a body punch but Parsons moves out of range. Parsons takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Parsons keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McMac lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
It looks like Eugene Parsons has been cut. McMac's jab looks to have found its range, popping Parsons under the eye. Parsons keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from McMac. Parsons fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but McMac avoids it really well and circles away. Parsons avoids a lazy jab quite easily. McMac walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Parsons drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! McMac swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Parsons's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe McMac!
