Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between James Kicker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Mineev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kicker comes to the cage accompanied by Kiss Kicker 99. James Kicker could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Vladimir Mineev's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Kicker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vladimir Mineev! The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mineev throws a body shot but no joy. Mineev cracks Kicker with a good jab. Kicker definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Kicker closes the distance and pushes Mineev back into the cage. Kicker doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Kicker is leaning against Mineev and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. The referee calls for Mineev to work.
Kicker lands on the inside with an uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mineev wants to break the clinch but can't.
Mineev tries to throw a body punch but Kicker avoids it by throwing Mineev back against the cage. Mineev lands a nice uppercut. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kicker.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kicker creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Mineev wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Mineev misses with a right hand and Kicker counters with a three punch combo that has Mineev backing up. Mineev nods at Kicker to acknowledge the strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kicker shoots in for a double leg but Mineev sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Mineev throws a lazy right hand but Kicker sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Mineev pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Nice uppercut there from Mineev. Kicker misses with a wild combination.

Mineev slaps away a takedown attempt from Kicker, before circling back to the center of the mat. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kicker walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kicker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mineev as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Kicker. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Kicker!

Mineev lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Kicker fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mineev, pushing him back against the cage. Mineev is trying to break the clinch but Kicker has him pressed against the cage. Mineev trying to control the position but instead, Kicker has worked for underhooks and has pushed Mineev into the cage. Kicker lands with a short shot to the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mineev trying to land knees to the body.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kicker keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mineev's efforts to push away. Mineev tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Those never looked like landing. Kicker closes the distance and clinches. A head punch on the inside from Mineev fails to land. Mineev tries to stall but Kicker uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Mineev throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kicker stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Mineev lands the left hand. Kicker shoots in looking for a takedown. Mineev tries to sprawl out of it but Kicker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mineev manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Mineev cracks Kicker with a good jab. Mineev throws a shot to the body.
Mineev scores with a decent looking hook. Kicker takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mineev takes a swing at Kicker's ribcage but misses. Kicker throws a big counter combination but Mineev scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Mineev throws a body punch but Kicker moves out of range. Mineev swings widly with a right hand
and Kicker holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Mineev stalling in the clinch but Kicker improves position. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Kicker as Mineev tries to tie him up. Kicker tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Vladimir Mineev has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mineev has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Kicker stalling against the cage.

And that's the end of the fight! Vladimir Mineev comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Kicker has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
