Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shirley Eaton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raheem Nazir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shirley Eaton had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Shirley Eaton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Raheem Nazir! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eaton shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Nazir pinned against the cage. Nazir gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Nazir tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Eaton swivels and escapes. Nazir scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Eaton takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
It looks like Shirley Eaton has been cut. Eaton tries to bench press Nazir off him but Nazir keeps the position. Nazir advances nicely into full mount. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nazir looking to control but Eaton is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Nazir has control of Eaton's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Eaton regains control of the situation pretty easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Eaton manages to regain half guard. Good work. Eaton makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Eaton. Eaton tries to strike from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Eaton really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Nazir stands up over Eaton, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Eaton keeping moving, preventing Nazir from controlling successfully. Eaton looking to hit a scissor sweep but Nazir is one step ahead there. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Eaton lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Nazir is trying to control the position but Eaton postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eaton missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Nazir working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Eaton doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Eaton manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Eaton wanted to stand there but Nazir had control of the position. Eaton throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Nazir is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Nazir changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Eaton tries to avoid it but Nazir manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Eaton to the ground. Eaton escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Nice sprawl there from Eaton as Nazir shoots in. Eaton went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Shirley Eaton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raheem Nazir. Nazir dives in for a single leg takedown but Eaton sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Nazir looks winded! Nazir shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Eaton but Eaton pushes him off and we're back to square one. Nazir pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Eaton looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Eaton gets tackled into the cage by Nazir. Nazir maintains the clinch. Nazir has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Eaton is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Eaton is trying to break the clinch but Nazir has him pressed against the cage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Eaton is working for takedown but Nazir is calmly controlling the position for now. Nazir is looking to control Eaton's arms but Eaton gets an underhook and turns him. Now Nazir has his back to the cage. Eaton is trying to force a seperation but Nazir has the dominant position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Raheem Nazir will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Shirley Eaton's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Nazir swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Eaton went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Eaton shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nazir as he avoids it easily. Eaton shoots in looking for a takedown. Nazir tries to sprawl out of it but Eaton keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nazir manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Nazir closes the distance and clinches. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eaton is looking for a takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shirley Eaton. That's going to take a lot out of him. Eaton avoiding damage as Nazir throws knees to the body.

Nazir appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Nazir is trying hard to land a takedown here. Eaton sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Eaton tries for a takedown but Nazir sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Horrible takedown attempt by Nazir or perhaps it was just good defense by Eaton, which made it look bad. Nice sprawl there from Nazir as Eaton shoots in. Nazir looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. Eaton decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Nazir manages to escape and get back to his feet! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Eaton manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Nazir shoots for a double leg takedown but Eaton sprawls well. He's pushed Nazir's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Shirley Eaton is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nazir gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. A short uppercut from Eaton. Eaton lands a takedown into guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Nazir can do anything to dispel that myth. Eaton in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Nazir preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Nazir looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Raheem Nazir has got the better of the ground game so far. Nazir is looking for a sweep. Eaton is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Eaton will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Eaton tries to stand and escape but Nazir is controlling the position. Nazir is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Nice strikes from Eaton there. Eaton postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Nazir to stand up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Eaton shoots in but Nazir avoids the takedown attempt easily. Nazir looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Eaton misses with a takedown attempt - Nazir sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Raheem Nazir will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Shirley Eaton's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Nazir fails with a takedown attempt. Eaton seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Nazir manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Eaton on his heels. He'll look to pass Eaton's guard now, I'm sure. Eaton wants to stand and escape but Nazir is having none of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nazir trying to control but Eaton is working from the bottom. Nazir is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Eaton has momentary wrist control but Nazir slips an elbow through the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nazir postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Nazir trying to control the position from guard on top but Eaton is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Nazir scoring with punches to the head and body. Eaton is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Nazir is controlling him. Eaton bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Nazir's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nazir has a closed guard, preventing Eaton from standing up. Eaton stopping the sweep attempt from Nazir. Nazir working for a triangle but Eaton defends it easily.
Nazir takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Nazir wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Eaton is now in half guard. Nazir tries to roll over but Eaton keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eaton decides to stand and escape the position. Eaton pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nazir leaves Eaton with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Nazir tries to sprawl but Eaton drives through with a takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nazir is looking to improve his position.

Nazir is looking to get back to full guard here but Eaton has managed to pass to side control instead. Shirley Eaton has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Raheem Nazir is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nazir sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Shirley Eaton. I think Nazir has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
