Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Niten Dōraku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pertti Silsa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dōraku kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Ides Of Light - Jucifer. Silsa has chosen Candy by Robbie Williams as his entrance music. Niten Dōraku is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

24 - 17 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Niten Dōraku!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

35 - 21 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Pertti Silsa!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silsa lands a really nice looking cross but Dōraku seems unphased.
Dōraku slips a straight right by Silsa.
We've been informed that Silsa has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Silsa scores with a sloppy right hand. Dōraku should have avoided that one.
It looks like Niten Dōraku has been cut.
Dōraku throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A punch combination from Dōraku misses.
Silsa looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Dōraku uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Silsa.
A telegraphed right hand from Silsa misses the target.
As Silsa tries to get set, Dōraku tries to push him back and clinch up but Silsa manages to avoid the attempt.
Dōraku throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Silsa sees it coming and avoids it easily.
The crowd cheers as Silsa lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dōraku doesn't seem phased though.
Silsa looks to land a left hand but Dōraku moved out of range nicely.

Silsa tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dōraku paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dōraku throws a right hand that Silsa ducks under and follows up with a left that Silsa also avoids with ease.
Dōraku throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dōraku ducks right into an uppercut from Silsa.
Silsa closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Silsa creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Dōraku sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Dōraku gets back to half guard.
Silsa with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Dōraku tries to roll over but Silsa keeps him under control.
Silsa is looking to advance position but Dōraku won't allow it.
Dōraku wants to get back to his feet.
Dōraku is looking for a sweep. Silsa is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Still in half guard, Silsa seems content to control.
Silsa passes the guard and advances to mount!

Dōraku wants to control but Silsa is having none of it.

Silsa goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Dōraku is on top in guard.
Dōraku has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Silsa is proving hard to escape from.
Dōraku is looking to work some ground and pound but Silsa has wrist control.

Silsa can't keep his opponent in guard - Dōraku advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Dōraku is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Dōraku seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Silsa does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Dōraku passes into side control, despite Silsa's attempt to control the position.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Niten Dōraku will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Silsa takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
A big right from Silsa misses.
Silsa moves away from the strike by Dōraku.
Silsa looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Dōraku looks to throw the jab but Silsa is out of range.
Dōraku lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Nice shot lands for Silsa.
Dōraku throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Silsa.
Silsa throws out a loose jab but Dōraku uses good head movement to avoid it.
Silsa lands with a nice combination. Dōraku backs away looking to recover.
Niten Dōraku is winning the standup battle so far.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dōraku misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Dōraku ducks under a wild hook from Silsa.
It looked like Dōraku was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Silsa feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Dōraku's calf.
Dōraku swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Dōraku misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Silsa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dōraku tries to avoid it but Silsa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dōraku to the ground. Dōraku escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dōraku darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Dōraku scores with a nice right hand.
Silsa keeps the fight on the outside.
Silsa wants to counter with a clinch but Dōraku pushes him away.
Dōraku throws a hook to the side of Silsa's head but Silsa sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Silsa wants to slow Dōraku down by chopping away at his legs.
Dōraku is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

and Dōraku counters with a one-two to the body.
Dōraku tries to clinch up but Silsa circles away and keeps his distance.

Dōraku displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Silsa throws out the jab.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Silsa.

Dōraku ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silsa moves away.
Niten Dōraku seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Silsa scores with a punch to the head.
Silsa takes one to the side of the head.
Silsa takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Dōraku misses with a series of wild punches.
Silsa's jab looks to have found its range, popping Dōraku under the eye.

Dōraku uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Silsa.
A little feinted left hand from Dōraku on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
No joy there for Dōraku, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Silsa connects with a good right hand that stumbles Dōraku. Dōraku circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Dōraku takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Oh Dōraku is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Silsa lands with a good body shot.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Silsa throws an overhand right that drops Dōraku like a sack of potatoes! Silsa dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
