Rebitez has chosen 50 Cent - In Da Club (Int'l Version) as his entrance music. Diego Rebitez is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aguirre leaves Rebitez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Aguirre is looking to counter punch.
Rebitez closes the distance and clinches up with Aguirre, looking for a takedown. Rebitez pushes Aguirre against the cage but Aguirre circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Aguirre lands a jab to the nose.
Aguirre displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rebitez.
Ruben Aguirre has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diego Rebitez.
Rebitez walks into a straight right hand from Aguirre.
Rebitez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Aguirre as he jumps to the side.
Aguirre lands a glancing blow to the side of Rebitez's head.
A big left from Rebitez misses.
Aguirre displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rebitez.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Aguirre works the jab nicely.
A lazy left from Aguirre finds it's target.
Aguirre fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Diego Rebitez has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rebitez takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Aguirre cracks Rebitez with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Aguirre has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Rebitez to stand back up!
Rebitez is rocked!
Rebitez ducks into an uppercut from Aguirre and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
