The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Lydon tries to free his leg and advance position but Charles is retaining full guard.

Lydon wants to advance to full mount but Charles doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lydon wants to sweep here but Charles controlling him for the moment.
Lydon wants to reverse the position here. Charles has hold of a leg though and he's dropped back looking for a kneebar! The fighters roll across the mat but Lydon is forced to tap! Lydon looks devastated but at least his leg points in the right direction.
