Giannopoulos closes the distance and clinches.

Giannopoulos swings around for an armbar but Miyazaki sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Giannopoulos's guard. Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Giannopoulos (4) vs (2) Miyazaki
Miyazaki really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Giannopoulos. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Giannopoulos trying to keep a closed guard but Miyazaki is proving a slippery customer.
Giannopoulos is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar!
