Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between AC Slater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramses Xll (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slater comes to the cage accompanied by Stop What Ya Doin. Xll has chosen World Order - Have A Nice Day as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, AC Slater! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ramses Xll! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good shot there by Slater. Slater scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Slater in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Xll is looking to reverse the position. Slater wants to lay and pray for a moment but Xll keeps working. Xll sneaks back into half guard. Slater seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Xll does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Xll wants to control but Slater is keeping busy.
Xll controlling the position for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Slater is keen to just control but Xll is a slippery customer. Xll holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Xll has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. Slater wants to take a breather but Xll is having none of it.

Slater prevents Xll from improving his position. Slater wants to take a breather but Xll is having none of it. Slater thows a huge punch but Xll dodges it nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Xll trying to control from the bottom.
Slater performing his best blanket impression for a moment. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Slater wants to control but Xll is keeping him busy.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Xll pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Slater closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Slater lands in his opponent's guard. Xll keeping moving, preventing Slater from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Xll preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Slater missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Xll controls Slater momentarily but Slater frees himself. Slater stops Xll from standing up. Xll keeping moving, preventing Slater from controlling successfully. Xll preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Xll is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Xll is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Xll is trying to control the position but Slater postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Xll looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Slater trying to control but Xll is working from the bottom.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Slater looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Slater throws a left and a right that both miss
and Xll counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Slater swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Xll appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Xll finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Slater throws an off balance right hand
and Xll counters with a straight right hand. Slater misses with a wild combination.
Xll cracks the inside of Slater's front leg. Slater misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Xll.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Xll stuffs the takedown attempt from Slater. Slater gets slowly back to his feet. Slater ducks under a wild hook from Xll. Slater changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Slater scores with a three punch combo!
It looks like Ramses Xll has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Slater lands a jab. Slater shoots in for a takedown but Xll shows good takedown defense. Slater takes one to the chin there. Xll steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Slater. Xll swinging wildly here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
AC Slater dominated that round. The cut man is working on Ramses Xll's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
Slater fails to land with a series of punches.
Slater throws an overhand right that lands on Xll's shoulder, as Xll tries to avoid the shot. Xll cracks Slater with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. AC Slater is winning the standup battle so far. Xll lands with a slapping head kick. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Xll.
Xll throws a series of punches but Slater avoids them all with ease. Xll throws a hook but Slater blocks it. Slater was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Xll connects with a crisp jab. Slater steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Xll. Xll throws a head kick but Slater moves out of range.
Slater dives in for a single leg takedown but Xll sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Xll throws a nice outside leg kick. Xll lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Slater with a lazy takedown attempt and Xll counters with a lovely straight right hand! Xll goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Xll dodges the punch combination from Slater.
Xll throws a head kick that misses. Slater feinted with a counter takedown. Slater gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Xll counters with a flying knee that drops Slater! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for AC Slater. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Xll tries to free his leg and advance position but Slater is retaining full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Xll prevents Slater from getting back to his feet. Xll wants to pass the guard but Slater is keeping the position. Slater trying to control the position here. Slater wants to get back to his feet but Xll is in a dominant position and won't allow it. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Xll trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Xll misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Slater.
Slater throws a hook to the side of Xll's head but Xll sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Slater looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Xll manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Xll has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Xll trying to keep a closed guard but Slater is proving a slippery customer.
Slater wants to control from the top but Xll keeps moving. Xll utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Slater distracts Xll with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Slater working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Xll is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Slater is controlling him. Xll preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Slater missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Slater scoring with punches to the head and body. Xll working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Slater. Xll looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Xll pulls Slater in close to prevent any damage. Slater prevents Xll from getting back to his feet. Slater looking to sit in guard and control but Xll gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Xll wants to stand and escape but instead Slater has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ramses Xll showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Ramses Xll's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Slater throws a jab but it's blocked by Xll. Slater thows a left - swing and a miss! Xll is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Xll lands a nice looking kick to the body. Slater takes a step back to recover. Xll misses with a double jab.
Slater is looking to counter punch. Jab by Xll. Xll feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Slater's calf. Xll misses with a body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fighters circling - Xll throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Xll connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Xll misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Slater scores with a takedown into Xll's guard. Xll pushes Slater off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Ramses Xll is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Slater shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Slater showed some decent athleticism there. Xll keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Xll trying to control but Slater postures up.
Slater is trying to control. Xll wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Slater trying to control the pace. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Xll is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Slater scores with a couple of nice shots. Xll trying to control here.
Slater looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Xll with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Xll pushes Slater off and gets back to his feet. Xll throws a series of strikes that have Slater backpedaling.
Slater misses with a takedown and Xll counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Slater is lucky that one didn't land flush. Slater avoids the head kick by Xll.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Xll lands a head kick. Slater smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Xll lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Xll throws a body punch but Slater moves out of range. Xll throws a sloppy head kick and Slater moves out of range easily. Slater swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. The fighters circling - Xll throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Slater throwing a counter right hand but Xll manages to avoid it. Slater shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Slater misses the shot to the body. Slater lunges at Xll with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Xll's hand. Slater shoots in but no luck this time. Xll throws a right and a left that Slater avoids nicely. Slater swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Slater will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for AC Slater. That's going to take a lot out of him. Xll scores with a hook. A big left from Xll misses. An attempted straight right counter from Slater misses the target. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Slater thows a left - swing and a miss! Xll raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. Slater throws a right and a left that both miss. Slater pushing out the jab but it's not landing. A countering left hand to the body from Xll misses. Xll lands with an overhand left. Xll misses with a leg kick and Slater counters with a nice uppercut. Xll keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
And that's the end of the fight! Ramses Xll comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Xll has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
